The User is requested not to access and use this Website if he/she does not agree with the Terms of Use. MUSHTAREE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use and/or Disclaimer from time to time without any notice and at its sole discretion by posting amended Terms of Use and Disclaimer on this Website. By using this Website after the changes/modifications have been posted User shall be deemed to have accepted those changes/modifications.
- The price payable for the Services shall be the price quoted on www.my-eyezzy.com or the Invoice prepared by the MUSHTAREE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED at the Confirmation Date unless otherwise stated.
- In the event that, the User has given test via the Website, has not receive result, User will need to write to us at sales@mushareetechnologies.com within five (5) days from the occurrence of such event; in which case, the entire test amount as mentioned on the Website will be refunded to the User within the next five (5) to six (6) business days in the original mode of payment done by the User while booking.
- In case where the User, given test and receive result, the amount will not be refunded.
